Notes Student Submission BoxThis idea works best for Student Teachers. Place a small box on your desk and allow students to submit compliments or constructive criticism ANONYMOUSLY. Once a week check the box to see how you are doing. Beware- if you decide to try this do not be offended by harsh criticism. Have tough skin and try to improve!
